Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 July 2026. The Schiphol Parking Guide is operated by Website Holding.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

The Schiphol Parking Guide is a free, independent, informational website that helps you compare parking options at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. We do not sell parking or process bookings; booking links take you to the relevant provider.

Independence

This guide is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Schiphol, Royal Schiphol Group, or any parking operator. “Schiphol” and product names such as P1–P6 are used descriptively and remain the property of their owners.

Accuracy & indicative prices

Prices shown are indicative “from” per-day figures for a pre-booked stay and are provided “as is”. Real prices depend on your dates and how far ahead you book and change frequently. Always confirm the live price and terms on the provider's booking page before reserving. Do not rely on this site for the final price, availability, or operational details.

Acceptable use & your obligations

As a user of this guide, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. In particular you must not:

Intellectual property

The name, design and written content of this guide are owned by Website Holding; you may share links freely but may not copy the site wholesale. Factual information about car parks is not owned by us.

Third-party links & bookings

When you follow a booking link you leave this site and contract directly with the parking provider under their terms. We are not a party to that booking and are not responsible for the provider's service, pricing or refunds.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Holding is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
