Everything you need to compare parking at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and book with confidence. The guide is free, independent and needs no account.
Getting started
Open the comparison page and you immediately see the main parking options for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol side by side — the official terminal car parks, the long-stay car park, off-site park-and-ride sites, and valet services. Each option shows an indicative “from” price per day, its type, how you reach the terminal, and a link to book. Nothing is installed and no sign-up is needed. New to airport parking? The How to choose page walks through picking the right option for your trip.
How search & comparison works
The comparison runs entirely in your browser. Use the controls to narrow and re-order the list:
- Filter by type — show only what you want: terminal (short-stay), long-stay, off-site park-and-ride, or valet.
- Sort — order by indicative price (cheapest first) or by how close/convenient the option is to the terminal.
- Compare at a glance — every card shows the price, the transfer method (walk or shuttle) and the rough transfer time, so you can weigh cost against convenience.
Because it all happens locally, your choices are never sent anywhere.
Understanding parking prices
Prices on the guide are indicative “from” figures, per day, for a pre-booked stay. They exist so you can compare options fairly — not as a final quote. The price you actually pay depends on:
- Your dates — school holidays and peak periods cost more.
- How far ahead you book — pre-booking is almost always cheaper than driving up.
- Length of stay — long-stay and off-site options get better value the longer you park.
Always confirm the live price and conditions on the provider’s booking page before you reserve.
Parking options explained (P1–P6 & off-site)
- P1–P3 (terminal, short-stay): closest to the terminals, covered, and best for short trips, pick-ups or a premium walk-in — at the highest price.
- P6 (official long-stay): Schiphol’s value car park for holidays and multi-day trips; cheaper per day, reached by a short shuttle or walk.
- Off-site park & ride: independent car parks a few minutes away, usually the cheapest per day; you take a free shuttle to the terminal.
- Valet / meet-and-greet: hand your car over near the terminal and it is parked for you — the most convenient, at a premium.
Booking, payment & confirmation
The guide does not sell parking, take payment, or issue confirmations. When you pick an option and follow its booking link, you leave this site and reserve and pay directly with the parking provider (for official parking, that is schiphol.nl). Your booking confirmation and any confirmation email come from that provider, and their terms and cancellation policy apply. Pre-booking a fixed arrival and departure time is what unlocks the lower “from” prices you see here.
Do I need an account?
No. The Schiphol Parking Guide has no accounts, logins or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for, upgrade, downgrade or cancel, and no subscription or metered usage. Every feature is free and works anonymously. Any account you do create lives with the parking provider you book through, not with us; manage or delete it via that provider.
Keeping prices accurate & reporting issues
Airport parking prices move constantly, so we review the options regularly and clearly label figures as indicative. If you spot a price or detail that looks wrong, please tell us: open the contact page, choose “Report an out-of-date price or detail”, and include the option and what you saw. We also welcome suggestions for parking options to add.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Schiphol Parking Guide free to use?
Yes — completely free and ad-free, with no account or sign-up. You compare options in your browser at no cost.
Do you sell parking or take bookings?
No. We are an independent comparison guide. When you are ready, our links take you to the provider (such as schiphol.nl) to reserve and pay directly.
How up to date are the prices?
They are indicative “from” per-day figures. Real prices depend on your dates and how far ahead you book, so confirm the live price on the provider’s booking page before reserving.
What is the difference between P1, P2, P3 and P6?
P1–P3 are the closest short-stay, covered options at the terminal. P6 is the official long-stay car park — cheaper per day for holidays, with a short shuttle or walk.
What is off-site “park and ride” parking?
Independent car parks a few minutes from the airport, usually the cheapest per day. You park and take a free shuttle to the terminal, so allow extra time for the transfer.
Is valet parking available?
Yes. With valet (meet-and-greet) you hand your car over near the terminal and it is parked for you — convenient, at a premium. Compare it alongside self-park on the comparison page.
How early should I arrive with long-stay or off-site parking?
Allow roughly 20–30 minutes extra on top of your normal airport arrival time for the shuttle transfer and walk to check-in.
Do I need an account to use the guide?
No. There is no sign-up, login or password — every feature works anonymously and nothing about your search is stored.
How do I report a price or detail that is out of date?
Use the contact form and choose “Report an out-of-date price or detail”. Tell us the option and what you saw, and we will check and update it.
Do you track me or use advertising cookies?
No. The guide sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does not sell data. See the privacy policy for the little that is handled.
